Online or in-person. Designated for couples to process and explore their relationship concerns in hopes to work towards creating healthier patterns, reducing conflict, and increasing friendship. All forms of relationships/couples are welcome. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly or monthly. We can determine what fits best with your needs.

EMDR Sessions

Online or in-person. These sessions are to help process past events that have shaped personal beliefs, internal narratives, and trauma responses. It involves the use of bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, sounds, or taps, to activate the brain's natural ability to process and integrate traumatic memories. EMDR aims to reduce the emotional distress associated with past traumas and promote adaptive coping mechanisms, leading to a greater sense of well-being. The frequency of sessions will be determined based on each client's individual needs and preferences.
